Questions

Why are there no links to the books?

Most are in copyright, and a scan or a store page would not be a lawful or neutral reference. A citation with a library record, where one exists, is enough to find the book.

Are all the sources in English?

No. Most are in Hindi and some in Tamil; titles are given in Latin transliteration as on the editions we consulted.

Where do the book’s rules differ from the sources?

Where the books disagree, the book chose the option closest to classical jyotish and safest for the reader; the method page says which rule is whose.

Is this a complete bibliography?

It is the list of books and issues we compared; the book names its twenty-three sources.
