What the answer contains

1. Diagnostics. Radicality first: is the chart fit to judge at all? A very early or very late rising sign makes it unreliable, and then the answer says so in one line and softens everything after it. Then who stands for whom (the 1st house is you, the object house is the matter you asked about, with its lord and where that lord sits) and the Moon, the flow of the matter.
2. The answer. One of five verdicts: YES, RATHER YES, RATHER NO, NO or WAIT AND ASK LATER. The verdict from the calculation, put into words with a brief reason, and a timing only if the calculation carries one.

What it is calculated from

A horary (prashna) answer is read from a chart cast for the moment you ask the question, not from your birth data. It reads the chart of the moment of your question: the radicality, the 1st house and the object house with their lords and the places of those lords, the significators of you and of the matter, and the Moon. What the answer never does

The verdict is computed before the answer is written; the answer explains and softens it and does not judge the chart again. If the reading leans the other way, it says the chart is mixed and never overturns the verdict. It uses only the sign and house relations that the calculation lists, no degree-based aspects. If you did not put the question in concrete terms, it reads the chart for the matter that the object house names instead of asking you to rephrase.

If you do not know the birth time

It does not matter: a horary chart is cast for the moment you ask, so the answer does not depend on your birth time at all.
