Navigator questions

What is my calling and what work will I love? The JyotiSoft chart answer

This is the Navigator question “Work you love and your calling”. The answer comes in the @JyotiSoftBot bot and is built from your own chart: what is calling you as a direction of growth rather than a job title, which strengths come effortlessly, what kind of work feels meaningful, where it sounds and what to strengthen in the next quarter. Below is what the answer contains and what it never does.

What the answer contains

Calling. The 10th house, its lord, the Sun and Rahu: what is calling, as a direction of growth, not a job title.
The talent stack. The strongest planets by the strength ranking in the calculation, and the 6th house (what comes effortlessly in routine): concrete skills.
The soul's work. The career significator (amatyakaraka) and the Karakamsa: what kind of work feels meaningful rather than merely paid.
Where it sounds. The 10th against the 9th (international, teaching) and the 3rd (local, communicative): the field of activity, with three to five concrete examples of roles.
The step now. The running period and the current transits over the 10th: what to strengthen in the next quarter.

What it is calculated from

The same calculation as your chart in the bot and the Mini App: sidereal zodiac, Lahiri ayanamsha, whole-sign houses. It uses the 10th house and its lord, the strength ranking of the planets (shadbala), the chara karakas and the Karakamsa, and the running period. On the soul and career significators: atmakaraka and the chara karakas.

What the answer never does

A weak planet raises the cost of a path; it does not forbid it. The answer never tells you that a calling is closed to you. It names directions and examples of roles, not a single destiny, and it does not promise success or income.

If you do not know the birth time

Say so: the answer then states in one sentence that what rests on the houses and the rising sign softens, while the signs of the planets and the dates of the periods hold. You can see first how much depends on the time in the free chart calculator (tick “Time unknown”), and read a chart without a birth time.

Questions

Will it name my calling as one profession?

No. It names a direction of growth and gives three to five examples of roles; a calling here is a direction, not a job title.

What is the “talent stack”?

The strongest planets by the strength ranking plus the 6th house: the skills that come effortlessly in routine work.

What if the planet for my dream is weak in my chart?

Does it say when to change jobs?

No. That is the question about changing jobs; this one is about direction and meaning.

Is the answer free?

Your chart and the calculators on this site are free. The answer to this question is a paid topic in the bot; its price in stars is shown there.
