Best time for an exam or admission: the JyotiSoft chart answer

What the answer contains

1. The natal readiness. Whether the chart is in a supportive study period before any date is picked: the periods of the lords of the 4th, 5th and 9th and of Mercury and Jupiter with their dates, and D-24, the chart of learning, when supplied. The answer says plainly whether the coming months are strong or thin for a formal exam, because a good muhurat inside a weak period buys less than you hope.
2. Three dates to sit it. Three dates from the calculation's scoring of the next sixty days, each with its own reason in plain words: the nakshatra, the tithi, the weekday and the yoga, a weekday of Mercury or Jupiter and a waxing Moon preferred. Then the transit layer: the state of Mercury on each day (a retrograde Mercury is a real objection and is named) and Jupiter's transit over the 4th, 5th or 9th house. If the three are not equally good, they are ranked.
3. What to avoid, and the run-up. The days to keep clear and why: Vishti (Bhadra) karana, Amavasya, an eclipse, a malefic nakshatra or an inauspicious yoga. Then the run-up: the stretch before the date when preparation actually holds, from the same period and Jupiter reading, and one practical instruction for the week before.

What it is calculated from

The same calculation as your chart in the bot and the Mini App: sidereal zodiac, Lahiri ayanamsha, whole-sign houses. It uses the calculation's scoring of the next sixty days against the classical education rules (the panchang of each day, see panchang and muhurat), the periods of the 4th, 5th and 9th lords and of Mercury and Jupiter (the Vimshottari dasha), D-24 and the transit of Jupiter. A date the calculation did not score is never proposed; if the scoring is unavailable, the answer says so in one line and answers from the natal and transit half only.

What the answer never does

A muhurat improves the conditions of an attempt; it does not decide the result. The answer never promises a pass, a score, a place or an admission, and never names an institution, an examining body, a course provider or a fee. It never tells you to skip a compulsory exam or to miss a deadline because a day scores poorly: if the only available day is a bad one, it says how to soften it and leaves the decision to you.
