Property purchase date: the JyotiSoft chart answer

This is the Navigator question “Property purchase date”. The answer comes in the @JyotiSoftBot bot and is built from your own chart and from the panchang: whether your period supports a property deal at all, three dates to buy a home, sign the deed or move in, ranked, and the days to keep clear. It is the date, not an analysis of whether property is promised. Below is what the answer contains and what it never does.

What the answer contains

  1. Is the period itself supportive. Before any single day: the 4th house and its lord and the running periods with their dates, Mars as the significator of land, Venus for a pleasant home and Saturn for the long obligation, then Jupiter's and Saturn's transits over the 4th. The answer says plainly whether the coming two months sit inside a supportive property period, because a good muhurat inside an unsupportive period buys less than you hope.
  2. Three dates. Three dates, each with its own reason in plain words (nakshatra, tithi, weekday, yoga), and the transit layer per date: a waxing Moon, Mercury not retrograde (a retrograde Mercury is a real objection to signing and is named), no eclipse in the fortnight, the 4th house and its lord unafflicted. If your question allows, the day to sign and the day to enter the home are told apart: the classical house-entering (Griha Pravesha) and the signing of a deed are not the same act and can want different days. The three are ranked.
  3. What to avoid. The days to keep clear and why: Vishti (Bhadra) karana, Amavasya, an eclipse fortnight, a malefic nakshatra, an inauspicious yoga, Mercury retrograde. One practical instruction for the week around the chosen date.

What it is calculated from

The same calculation as your chart in the bot and the Mini App: sidereal zodiac, Lahiri ayanamsha, whole-sign houses. It uses the 4th house and its lord, the running periods (the Vimshottari dasha), Mars, Venus and Saturn, the transits of Jupiter and Saturn over the 4th, and the calculation's scoring of the next sixty days against the classical property rules (the auspicious nakshatras of Griha Pravesha, tithis, yogas and weekdays; Vishti karana and inauspicious yogas excluded). The window is the next sixty days from today, scored for you; you do not need to give a place or a window. A date the calculation did not score is never proposed.

What the answer never does

The answer gives a day, not a valuation: it never names a country, city, district, building, agent, bank or lender, never values a property or quotes a price, a currency, a rate or a fee, never says whether the price is good and never advises on taking, refusing or refinancing a loan. A muhurat improves the conditions of an act; it does not decide the outcome, and the answer never promises that the purchase will complete. It never tells you to break a contractual deadline because the day scores poorly: if the only available day is a bad one, it says how to soften it and leaves the decision with you.

If you do not know the birth time

Say so: the 4th house depends on the rising sign, so the natal half softens while the panchang half is unaffected. You can see first how much depends on the time in the free chart calculator (tick “Time unknown”), and read a chart without a birth time.

Questions

Is this the same as asking whether I will own property?
No. This is the date. If you are really asking whether you will own property, the answer says so in one line and points you to the property question.
Is the day to sign the same as the day to move in?
Not necessarily. Signing a deed and entering the home are different acts in the classical tradition and can want different days; the answer tells them apart where your question allows.
Will it tell me whether the price is good or whether to take a loan?
No. The chart gives a day, not a valuation; it never advises on a loan and quotes no prices or rates.
What if the completion date is fixed by someone else?
Then the answer reads that day against the same factors and says how to soften it; it never tells you to break a contractual deadline.
Is the answer free?
Your chart and the calculators on this site are free. The answer to this question is a paid topic in the bot; its price in stars is shown there.
