What the answer contains

Three dates. The three best signing days by the classical rules for agreements (nakshatra, tithi, weekday, yoga, Vishti karana), each with a reason in plain words, then your own layer: Mercury strong and direct, Jupiter supporting the 7th house (partners) or the 2nd (money), a waxing Moon, and the 1st and 7th houses free of affliction. Best first.
What to avoid. Mercury retrograde, an eclipse, a Moon that is afflicted or in Vishti karana, and Ketu on the 1st or 7th house: the days the answer asks you to keep clear, each with its reason.

What it is calculated from

The same calculation as your chart in the bot and the Mini App: sidereal zodiac, Lahiri ayanamsha, whole-sign houses. It uses the calculation's scoring of the sixty days from today (the panchang of each day, see panchang) and your chart: Mercury, Jupiter, the Moon and the 1st, 2nd and 7th house. A day the calculation did not score is never proposed.

What the answer never does

The answer chooses a day; it does not read the terms, is no legal advice, and a good day does not decide how the agreement will go. If the other side has already named the date, it reads that day instead and tells you how to work with it. For the general rules see signing a contract.

If you do not know the birth time

Say so: the answer then states in one sentence that what rests on the houses and the rising sign softens, while the signs of the planets and the dates of the periods hold. Why does Mercury matter so much?

Mercury is the planet of papers and agreements. The answer prefers it strong and direct, and a retrograde Mercury is a reason to keep the day clear.

Which houses count?

The 1st (you) and the 7th (the other party) must be unafflicted, and Jupiter should support the 7th or the 2nd, the house of money.

What if the other party has already fixed the date?

Then the answer does not pretend you can choose: it reads that day by the same factors and says how to work with it.

Does it tell me whether the contract is good?

No. It picks a day and says nothing about the terms; for the terms you need a lawyer.
